Dr Metin Akay som nyligen bes\u00f6kte KTH fr\u00e5n University of Huston f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rel\u00e4sa om Neuroteknik och Informatik har bjudit in fyra studenter\/doctorander fr\u00e5n KTH att deltaga p\u00e5 \u00e5rets upplaga av International Summer School on Biocomplexity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OBS! Anm\u00e4lningstiden g\u00e5r ut 9 april s\u00e5 se till tt anm\u00e4la er s\u00e5 snabbt som m\u00f6jligt!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Skolan g\u00e5r \u00f6ver 6 dagar, 24-30 juni och kommer i \u00e5r att ligga i Istanbul i Turkiet. Veckan kommer att vara fylld av undervisning, paneldebatter och presentationer med ledande experter p\u00e5 omr\u00e5det Biocomplexitet d\u00e4r studenterna kommer att deltaga aktivt. I veckan kommer det \u00e4ven att ing\u00e5 sociala evenemang s\u00e5 som museebes\u00f6k och tid att se Istanbul. Dr Metin Akay beskriver den h\u00e4r veckan som &#8221;scientific, social and cultural event&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4s mer under <a href=\"http:\/\/bioc2012.engineering.asu.edu\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/bioc2012.engineering.asu.edu\/index.html<\/a><\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6r att deltaga skall man innan den 9e april skicka in en ifylld ans\u00f6kningsblankett (laddas ned fr\u00e5n l\u00e4nken ovan), ett CV, ett brev med dina karri\u00e4rsm\u00e5l samt ett rekomendationsbrev fr\u00e5n handledare eller instutitions chef. Allt ovan skall skickas in till Dr Metin Arkay via makay@uh.edu<\/p>\n<p>Deltagandet kostar inclusive deltagande avgift, mat, husrum, bussresor och museibes\u00f6k f\u00f6r fyra personer 1200 USD Denna summa skall alts\u00e5 delas p\u00e5 fyra personer fr\u00e5n KTH och kommer att hamna p\u00e5 300 USD per person. Dr Metin Akay from the University of Huston, who recently visited KTH to lecture on Neuro engineering and informatics has invited 4 kth graduate and undergraduate to attend this years International Summer School on Biocomplexity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OBS! Remember to apply as soon as possible, last date to apply is April 9th.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The School will be over 6 days between the 24th and 30th of June and will this year be situated in Istanbul, Turkey. The week will be filled by lectures, panel diskussions and presentations by leading experts on Biocomplexity where the students will take an active part. The week will also include social events and museum trips and time to se Istanbul. The above should be submitted to Dr Metin Akay at makay@uh.edu<\/p>\n<p>Participation will cost, including tuition fees, meels, accomodation, museum visits and buss trips 1200 USD split between the four participants from KTH.
