Om Rollen
\nSom ledamot eller suppleant i K\u00e5rfullm\u00e4ktige har du en plats i THS h\u00f6gst beslutande organ. Ni beslutar vad THS ska g\u00f6ra, tycka och hur den \u00e5rliga oms\u00e4ttningen p\u00e5 35 miljoner kronor ska anv\u00e4ndas. Ni v\u00e4ljer THS ledning i form av K\u00e5rordf\u00f6rande och K\u00e5rstyrelse och bevakar att de verkligen arbetar f\u00f6r medlemmarnas intressen. THS styrs som en representativ demokrati genom att medlemmarna v\u00e4ljer sina representanter till K\u00e5rfullm\u00e4ktige, som ledamot eller suppleant \u00e4r du garantin f\u00f6r att THS styrs demokratiskt.
\nUppdragen i K\u00e5rfullm\u00e4ktige g\u00e5r ut p\u00e5 att styra THS som organisation. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r h\u00e5lls utbildningar i till exempel ekonomi, ledarskap och rekrytering f\u00f6r K\u00e5rfullm\u00e4ktige. Oavsett om du redan har erfarenhet av organisationsstyrning eller inte f\u00e5r du chansen att l\u00e4ra dig mer om det.
\nK\u00e5rfullm\u00e4ktige best\u00e5r av ca 40 ledam\u00f6ter och 20 suppleanter som kommer fr\u00e5n alla THS sektioner, som en av dem f\u00e5r du ett n\u00e4tverk som str\u00e4cker sig till alla sektioner. Tillsammans samarbetar ni f\u00f6r att representera alla medlemmar, men ni f\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 tillf\u00e4llen att l\u00e4ra k\u00e4nna varandra och n\u00e4tverka under teambuildings och fester.<\/p>\n

Det finstilta
\nDen formella mandatperioden \u00e4r 2018-07-01 – 2019-06-30. M\u00f6ten kommer att b\u00f6rja h\u00e5llas i september. Uppdraget kommer att inneb\u00e4ra minst 5 formella m\u00f6ten och minst 2 informella m\u00f6ten under \u00e5ret. Till varje m\u00f6te skickas handlingar ut s\u00e5 att alla kan f\u00f6rbereda sig och m\u00f6tena kan h\u00e5llas \u00e4ndam\u00e5lsenliga och smidiga.Totalt f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas uppdraget ta 8 timmar per m\u00e5nad. Ut\u00f6ver det tillkommer inbjudningar till teambuildings och fester.<\/p>\n

THS Valn\u00e4mnd som arrangerar valet kommer att l\u00f6pande uppdatera dig p\u00e5 n\u00e4r valprocessen g\u00e5r in i nya skeden, och till slut n\u00e4r det finns resultat.<\/p>\n

About the Position
\nAs a council member or substitute member of the Student Union Council, you have a seat in the highest governing body at THS. You decide what THS should do, what THS opinions are and how the yearly turnover of 35 million SEK is to be used. You elect THS\u2019 leaders in the form of President and Board, and review that they are really working for the members\u2019 interests. The members of THS elect their representatives in the Student Union Council. This election makes THS a representative democracy. As a council member in the Student Union Council you are the guarantee that THS is run as a democracy.
\nThe positions in the Student Union Council manage THS as an organization. Therefore there are educational events held for the Student Union Council. The topics include economics, leadership and recruitment. Regardless of whether you have experience in organizational management or not, this will give you the opportunity to learn more about it.
\nThe Student Union Council consists of about 40 members and 20 substitutes from all chapters at THS. As a part of them you will get a social network that reaches all chapters. Together you cooperate to represent all members. You will also get the opportunity to teambuild and party together.<\/p>\n

The fine prints
\nThe formal time in office is 2018-07-01 \u2013 2019-06-30. The first meeting will be held in September. The position will require at least 5 formal meetings and at least 2 informal meetings during the year. Material will be sent out before every meeting so that everyone can prepare, thereby allowing the meetings to be efficient and to the point. In total it is expected that the position requires 8 hours per month. The parties and team buildings add to that.<\/p>\n

Your candidacy will be made visible to THS members during the voting period between the 9th and 22nd of April. The members will be voting at ths.kth.se\/vote<\/a>. Do not forget to vote. You are allowed to vote for yourself. THS Election Board who arrange the elections will continuously update you to when the process enters new stages and, in the end, what the results are.<\/p>\n
